Zanetti Reaches 600

In 1995; a young Argentine wing-back arrived in Milan, as one of Massimo Moratti’s first signings as Inter president. And last night’s 1-0 win over Lecce was his 600th match for the Nezzuri. After the match, Zanetti presented a number of his captain’s armbands from down the years.

Quaresma Signs For Inter

Inter Milan have reached an agreement with Porto to make Portuguese winger, Ricardo Quaresma, Jose Mourinho’s third major signing of the summer, for a fee that could rise to £20 million depending on appearences. The deal also sees Inter teenager, Pele, move in the opposite direction.
